What happens next
- 01An agronomist reads your enquiry and prepares a first read of your fields.
- 02We call you to schedule the demo — 30 minutes, online or on site.
- 03You add a test field: first satellite analysis within 24 hours.
Request a demonstration
How a demonstration works
Thirty minutes by video call or on site, with your own fields on screen — not a generic slide deck.
You describe your fields
Crops, approximate area, region and what you want to monitor first. Three lines are enough to prepare a useful conversation.
5 minutesWe prepare a first reading
An agronomist pulls the satellite archives for your area and prepares a quick reading of the last season before the call.
Within 48 hDemonstration on your data
Video call or on-site visit: we walk through the platform with your fields displayed, indices, history and a sample alert to back it up.
30 minutesYou test on one field
You add a test field to your account. The first satellite analysis arrives within 24 hours, with no commitment on your side.
24 hoursWhat you are not committing to
- No hardware purchase is needed for the demonstration or the test field.
- Your outlines and history remain your property and can be deleted on request.
- No automated sales follow-up: if you do not take it further, we do not push.
Frequently asked
Before you write to us
Answers to the questions we are asked most often on first contact.
Do I need to buy hardware to get started?
No. The satellite is enough: you create an account, add a field, and the first analysis arrives within 24 hours. IoT sensors and drone flights come later, and only if your farm needs them.
How is pricing calculated?
By monitored area, with a decreasing tier above one hundred hectares and specific pricing for cooperatives grouping several members. Satellite monitoring is included; sensors and drone flights are billed separately, only if you install them.
How quickly do you reply?
48 working hours at most. For support on an existing account, go through the platform: those requests are prioritised.
Can RoboCare connect to our existing tools?
Yes. A documented REST API exposes fields, indices, alerts and reports, and variable-rate maps export in the formats most spreader consoles expect. Describe your current system and we will tell you what is already supported.
Where is our data hosted?
In ISO 27001 certified European data centres, with encryption in transit and at rest and daily backups. Your data is never sold or shared, and a full export or deletion is available on request.
Which languages can we work in?
French, English and Arabic — in writing and on the phone. Platform alerts follow the same rule.
Do you work outside Tunisia?
Tunisia remains our main market — RoboCare was founded here and the team is based in Sfax. The platform has recently expanded into Algeria in response to demand from several farms there. Satellite monitoring is available as soon as an account is created; IoT sensors and drone flights depend on local logistics coverage.
Is RoboCare available in Tunisia?
Yes — Tunisia is RoboCare’s home market. The company was founded in Sfax in 2021 and the platform already covers over 100,000 hectares nationwide, across olive groves, cereal farms, citrus orchards, and greenhouses. Support, onboarding, and the agronomist team are all based locally, so questions get answered by people familiar with Tunisian growing conditions, not a remote call center.
Are RoboCare’s solutions adapted to North African agriculture?
Yes. RoboCare’s AI models are trained specifically on Mediterranean and North African growing conditions — the same dry-farming olive groves, irrigated cereals, and citrus orchards found across Tunisia and Algeria — rather than adapted from models built for European or American agriculture. Vegetation indices, irrigation thresholds, and disease alerts are calibrated to local climate and crop calendars, and retrained every season.
